History

APC Surveying & Building Limited (全管綫專業測量有限公司) was established in 2003 with an aim to provide professional services related to underground utilities industry in the aspect of Alignment, Position, Condition to prestigious clients.

APC is one of the corporate company members of Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialists - HKIUS (香港管綫專業學會), which further strengthen its capability in underground utilities industry.

The company is now directed by Mr. C F Wong, who is a manager member of HKIUS (MHKIUS), and has over 25 years of experience in Underground Utility Survey, Water Leakage Detection, CCTV Survey, Pipe Rehabilitation, Slope Inspection, and etc.
