| APC Surveying & Building Limited（全管線專業測量有限公司）was established in 2003 with an aim to provide utility survey, and building services and maintenance work to prestigious clients. APC is one of the corporate company members of Hong Kong Institute of Utility Surveyors - HKIUS (香港管線測量師學會)which further strengthen its capability in underground utilities industry. The company is now directed by Mr. C F Wong, who is a manager member of HKIUS (MHKIUS), and has over 10 years of experience in CCTV survey, pipe rehabilitation, water leakage detection, utility survey and slope inspection. | |
